What happens on a Sunday?

Our family-friendly service starts at 11am but we encourage a "come early, stay late" approach. So from 10.15am, we serve tea, coffee, juice, mini-bites and fruit which gives us the opportunity to chat to each other and any visitors. Our Hosting Teams will make everyone feel welcome. The opportunity to 'knect' with each other before and after the service is just as important as the service itself.

We move though to the main auditorium for 11am and we normally start with a time of singing led by our worship team with the words to the songs displayed on screen. During the service toddlers and children will be released to the Creche and Power Kids.

At the end of the worship time our Youth Church are released to their own "age appropriate" activities and teaching and after a welcome and announcements we normally have a Bible-based, inspirational message brought by one of the church family.

At the conclusion of the service – around 12.30pm – we serve tea, coffee, juice and mini-bites for a further half an hour, so there is no need to rush away.

On the first Sunday of the month we have a ‘Life Event' which has a slightly different feel to it and where our Youth stay in for the whole service and the kids are part of the whole worship time.  At around 12.30pm we put up bouncy castles for the kids and serve soup and rolls for our Senior Citizens. Everyone is encouraged to bring a packed lunch if they want to so we can all stay around for longer and we are usually all done for about 2pm.
